What is involved in this pampering day?
This one day intensive and instructive course is hosted by Jean-Christophe who will work with you in creating a specially designed menu. His passion for food and creative excellence is passed on at every opportunity as you learn how to select flavours and seasonings and work with some of the finest ingredients available. The day is very relaxed and informal, yet professional, and Jean-Christophe is with you throughout the day.

The Intensive Masterclass will commence at 10:30-11am and includes:

Your voucher is valid for 10 months. Pre-booking is essential for this experience. Courses run on selected days throughout the year. Courses are suitable for anyone over the age of eighteen.
