Upon arrival you will be shown to the hotel brasserie, Fusion, where you'll be seated in warm surroundings for your three course meal from the set or a la carte menu. The hotel's proud Welsh identity informs the food, which is prepared with a strong Welsh culinary influence. The meal will be accompanied by a glass of wine each for you and your guest.
